  3. Go to "improve your grade", and select what they want to listen to - e.g., "in -text" (recordings pertaining to the textbook) or "SAM".

A good dictionary. Consult your instructor for specifics and consider not just what you need now but what you will need in the years to come. The end vocabulary in the textbook is intended for you to locate words in texts but is not a dictionary.
